Agreement to terms
By using naumannaseer.com, requesting a quote, engaging Nauman Naseer for a project, or purchasing the Torch Light source code, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or purchase the product.
Services offered
SEO, digital marketing, web development, and Android app development services are provided on a freelance, project or retainer basis. Scope, timeline, deliverables, and pricing for a specific engagement are agreed in writing (email or a written proposal) before work begins, and those written terms take priority over this general page for that project.
Quotes and payment for services
Pricing for SEO, marketing, web development, and app development work is quoted per project based on scope, and is confirmed in writing before work starts. Payment terms (upfront deposit, milestone payments, or full payment) are set out in the proposal for that project. Late or missing payment may pause work until resolved.
Torch Light — pricing, purchase, and license
Torch Light is a digital Android source-code product, priced at $150 one-time as shown on its product page, purchased through the Freemius checkout or by arranging payment directly. The standard license is single-use: for one buyer to rebrand and publish under their own developer account. It is not resold as an identical package to unlimited buyers. An exclusive, one-buyer-only license is available on request before purchase, at adjusted pricing.
Delivery and refunds for Torch Light
The source code is delivered electronically after payment is confirmed. Refund terms for Torch Light — including delivery delays, build issues, and change-of-mind requests — are set out in full on the refund policy section of the Torch Light page, which forms part of these terms.
Intellectual property
Once Torch Light is purchased, the source code is licensed to the buyer as described above; it is not sold outright as unrestricted intellectual property beyond that license. For custom service work (websites, apps, marketing assets), ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client on full payment, unless a written proposal states otherwise. Site content, branding, and portfolio materials on naumannaseer.com remain the property of Nauman Naseer.
Client responsibilities
For service engagements, clients are expected to provide accurate project information, timely feedback, and any required access or assets. Delays in feedback or access may extend agreed timelines.
Limitation of liability
Services and the Torch Light source code are provided on a best-effort basis. To the extent permitted by law, liability for any claim related to a service engagement or the Torch Light product is limited to the amount paid for that specific engagement or product.
Third-party services
Torch Light payments are processed by Freemius, a third-party provider with its own terms and privacy policy. Use of the Freemius checkout is also subject to Freemius's own terms.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as services or the product offering change. Continued use of the site, or a new purchase, after an update means you accept the revised terms. Terms agreed in writing for an existing project or past purchase are not affected by later updates to this page.
